30-day returns

You can return any product within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason — longer than the 14 days required by law.

How to return

1. Email hello@nevouss.com with your order number and the items you want to return (or send the form below).
2. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping costs are paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Items must be returned in the condition you received them. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check them.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your request, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items back.

Faulty or wrong items

Contact hello@nevouss.com and we'll repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
